The beautiful 30 acre mangrove area in the Andagalawella area in Kirinda, Tissamaharama has been plundered by tourists as well as philanthropists in the area.
Accordingly, a philanthropist businessman in the Vilamulla area in Tissamaharama was occupying the remaining mangrove area when the Kirinda Police and JCB raided the area. A machine has been seized.
